How can it help?
We all have times in our lives when we experience difficulties.
Counselling and therapy can help us with many of the difficulties we might face in our lives, whether they be relationship or family problems, work issues, feeling stuck or dissatisfied, historical trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management or feelings of guilt. It can also help us to understand the bigger questions around what life is all about and how we find our place in it.
It helps to talk to someone who is not directly involved in your life. It helps to talk to someone who will listen and understand where you are coming from, someone who is not critical nor tells you what to do, someone who can see a situation from different angles. It helps to share your problems with another person and to feel supported, accepted and understood.
As a professional counsellor and psychotherapist I have the skills and experience to help you find your way through these challenges so that you might embrace life with a new vitality and freedom.
Everyone is unique and therapy is different for every person. I will work with you at your own pace to combine the most effective therapy for your individual needs.
